By accessing or using SnapFood, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service Description
SnapFood provides AI-assisted nutrition analysis, recipe and menu generation, and related tools. Features may change over time. We strive for accuracy but AI-generated nutrition estimates and recipes are for informational purposes only and are not medical or dietary advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Credits & Payments
Some features require credits or paid plans. Prices and credit amounts are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Credits and plans are subject to the validity periods and usage rules displayed at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once credits are delivered.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SnapFood, including by attempting to reverse engineer the service, abusing free-tier limits, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
SnapFood branding, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you upload, but grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service. AI-generated outputs may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimer
SnapFood is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of calorie or nutrition estimates.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapFood shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
